Project Manager / Process / Quality Management
The funded and quickly growing startup ObjectBox is seeking a motivated Project Manager / Process / Quality Management to join our team in Berlin. ObjectBox is a deeptech startup building super-fast and efficient software tools for developers. Over 500,000 developers use ObjectBox DB and we work with large corporate customers in the Automotive and Manufacturing industries.
We are growing the team, and looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative doer who wants to implement own ideas, develop his/her professional network, and help grow ObjectBox in new and exciting directions. These are some of the activities and the specific first project you would start with with us:
- Introduction of a quality management system (QM system) including analysis of requirements, conception and implementation to certification
- Management of the QM project including the time planning, distribution and acceptance of tasks
- Optimize the existing process flows with your own ideas and using new technologies
- Participation in the further development of the company, sales and marketing strategies
- Continuous monitoring of company KPIs and sustainable optimization of processes
- Company presentations, participation in network events, establishment of new contacts, strategy and investor meetings
- Realization of further strategically important and innovative projects
What You Bring
- Completed degree (Uni, FH, BA) in the field of study: business administration, economics, business informatics, media informatics, marketing, management (or similar)
- Process-optimizing and structured way of working; strong analytical thinking
- First professional experience, ideally in the IT environment
- High level of motivation, you are a self-starter with high quality expectations of own work and performance
- People savvy: you can communicate and interact with anyone
- Hands on mentality: you aren’t afraid to jump in and implement ideas yourself
- Fluent in German and English (C1 / C2)
- Nice-to-have: experience with QM / ISO Certifications, or an interest to dig in and learn
